CANCELLATION POLICY

✨ Booking, Cancellation & Studio Policy ✨ Communication Is Key I understand that life happens, and open communication is always appreciated. I will work with you as much as reasonably possible when communication is timely. Please remember that I am a small business owner, and your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Respecting these policies allows me to continue providing quality service to all clients. ⸻ Booking, Deposits & Payments • A $35 deposit and appointment confirmation are required to secure all bookings. • Facials and vajacials require a $50 deposit. • Services under $50 are paid in full at the time of booking. • Brazilian Babe membership bookings are excluded — your membership covers it. • No deposit = no appointment. Appointments without a deposit will be canceled and offered to the next client on the waitlist. • Deposits are non-refundable. • I operate a primarily cashless business. • If paying with cash, please bring exact change. ⸻ Cancellations & No-Shows • Last-minute cancellations and no-shows will result in a 90% cancellation fee of the scheduled service. ⸻ Rescheduling • Rescheduling is permitted up to 48 hours prior to your appointment start time. • You must rebook within 7 days of your original appointment. • Late reschedules will be treated as cancellations. ⸻ Late Arrival Policy • A 10-minute grace period is provided. • Arrivals beyond 10 minutes will be serviced only within the remaining scheduled time. • Only services that can be completed in the remaining time will be performed. • Full service pricing applies. No discounts or refunds will be given for late arrival. • If the appointment cannot be accommodated, you will be required to rebook. ⸻ Guests & Children • No additional guests unless they are being serviced. • No children allowed unless they are the client receiving the service. • This policy is enforced due to shared professional space and the nature of services provided. ⸻ Service Selection • Clients are responsible for booking the correct service. • Incorrectly booked services will be adjusted to the appropriate service and pricing. ⸻ Appointment Reminders • Reminders are sent via email and/or text based on your selected preference. • Failure to receive reminders does not exempt clients from these policies. ⸻ Service Satisfaction & Payment • Concerns must be communicated before leaving the studio. • Services are considered rendered once products are used. • Refusal to pay or disputing legitimate charges after services are rendered may result in collections or small claims court action. ⸻ Allergies & Adverse Reactions • Allergic or adverse reactions are possible. • Clients concerned about sensitivities must request a patch test prior to service. • WAXED BY SANDI LLC is not liable for allergic reactions or sensitivities when services are performed as requested. ⸻ Media Consent • By booking, you consent to the use of photos, videos, and other media for marketing, education, and promotional purposes. ⸻ Final Note By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to all policies listed above.
